Drug testing: How much and on whom?

Drug testing should be done on people who knowingly consent to drug testing. Not on any random stoner that fails a drug test, which some hospitals do with their psychyatric units. People have to give consent or not give consent. This should be the focus of nurses in the beginning. Nurses should approach people with consent forms before drug testing. The person should know about it. It was too easy to mainstream a drug under the Bush Administration and let the drug reps do the research after it's released in the form of avoided lawsuits. It's wrong and it needs to end.
