Insurance: Should everyone be Insured?

The liberal stance is yes. The conservative stance is that insurance should go toward people who can afford it.You see, people get different kinds of care based on whether or not they have insurance or what kind of insurance they have. This is clearly not fair. A doctor is sworn to help whoever is ill. Or they should be sworn to it.I tend to support the liberal answer, that everyone should have insurance, but I know that there is Medicaid bilking done by hospitals in New York State. And people don't report it because they're afraid that the hospital might try to get back at them, or because they don't notice it. Medicaid has a fraud line you should call if you suspect anything. It's preserving public money and if there are enough reports to the same hospital, they will investigate. This is important to remember to protect public money, even if the government is going to insure people.
